Shipping Information
At Gene Bendi, we aim to ensure that your orders reach you safely and on time, no matter where you are. We currently offer the following shipping methods:
1. Standard Delivery
Delivery Time: 3–5 working days (within Nigeria)
Details: Orders are shipped through our trusted local delivery partners. Tracking details will be sent to your email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Express Delivery
Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (available for select locations)
Details: For customers who need their items urgently, our express delivery option provides faster shipping at an additional cost.
3. In-Store Pickup
Details: Shop online and pick up your order at our nearest Gene Bendi outlet once available. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

Within Lagos -₦7,000 (Flat Rate)
Outside Lagos - ₦10,000 (Flat Rate)
Express Delivery: Depends on Distance and Time
International Shipping: Fees vary by destination and courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you experience any issues tracking your order, please contact our Customer Support team at online@genebendi.com , and we’ll be happy to assist.
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure all packages arrive safely and on time. However, if your order is delayed or appears lost: Please allow up to 48 hours after the expected delivery date for updates from the courier. Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and tracking details, and we’ll help investigate the issue. If your package cannot be located, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

No, we currently do not offer Pay on Delivery (POD). All orders must be fully paid for at checkout through our secure online payment options. This ensures faster processing, smooth delivery, and a safer shopping experience for both our customers and our team.

Orders & Returns
Placing an order with Gene Bendi is simple: Browse your favorite styles and select your size. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment using any of our secure methods. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking details when it ships.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey in real time until it arrives at your door.
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank to reflect the funds.
