Returns
At Gene Bendi, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused items — in their original condition and packaging — free of charge for a full refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned items being received and verified at our warehouse.
Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Window

Full-priced items: Return within 28 days from the day you received your order.

Sale items: Return within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
Our returns are paperless and simple.
To start a return:

Visit our Returns Portal on the Gene Bendi website.

Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email) and email address used for the order.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.

Choose your preferred return method — you can either receive a QR code or print a return label.

Submit your request and follow the email instructions provided.
Please ensure all items fit into one package.
If your items don’t fit, create a separate return for each package — failure to do so may delay or affect your refund.
Allow up to 5 business days for your return to reach us. Keep your return receipt safe until your refund is confirmed.
Returns to Gene Bendi Stores
You may also return items to any Gene Bendi retail store for a refund (excluding partner or concession outlets).

Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products.
However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Experience Team immediately:

We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, repair, or refund.
Gift Cards
Please note that Gene Bendi Gift doesn not offer gift cards.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your entire order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still initiate a return once it arrives.

Once confirmed, we’ll refund your full order, including any shipping charges, within 14 business days of the cancellation being approved.
You are responsible for ensuring the goods are safely returned.
Gene Bendi cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
