Please note: We do not accept physical product returns at our office address. All product returns must be processed through our Gene Bendi store.


Our Commitment

We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimizing delays and unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Our goal is to address and resolve your concern within 14 working days of receiving it.

If your matter is urgent, please let us know, and we will prioritize your case for faster resolution.


Escalation Procedure

If you feel your complaint hasn’t been properly resolved, you may request that it be escalated to our Customer Service Manager for review.
Should further escalation be necessary, your case will be referred to a member of the Gene Bendi Senior Management Team for a final review and resolution.
